From Erlang
Tell, Don't Ask
History:
1. SQL Server would handle locking
2. Caching (memcache, etc)
3. Threading
Actors can do 3 things:
1. Create other actors
2. Send messages
3. Change Behavior
Actors can create other Actors to delegate work since they are operating on their own thread and messages might start to get queued up.
